    Got a Coon Ass Buddy of mine in Lousiana that was gonna ride up to Nova Scotia a couple years ago. he got caught n the storm or was it a Hurricaine and didn't make it.
    He said he heard all the coon asses come from there. He wanted to visit.

    He used to be a ship captain on a large ship too..........

    Yeah...In the mid 1700's it was called the Expulsion of The Acadians...a lot wound up in Louisina and the(french) name Acadian got changed to Cajuns....

    Also in the 1700's New Yorkers expulsed the misfits and sent them to New Jersey. Hence "The Jersey Shore". :roflmao:
