    Her cat is on Plavic, and takes 9 pills just in the morning, 3 in the afternoon and 6 at night. So we got to take her with us or one of us has to stay home. I know we would both like to go next year and especially if its close to the Sturgis rally time.

    Never got a response to my question "When did Sturgis become the gathering place for our meet?" I though we were talking about someplace for great riding and camping with cabins available. Looks like it has become simply a trip to Sturgis.

    And Tom, I've ridden my Harley all around North America, all 50 States, and South America too. Where have you made it to....San Diego?

    There is a thread called Meet and Greet Location. It has been available for a long time and hasn't closed yet.. have you voted for your spot of choice? In the beginning of that thread, I stated that I really thought that it should be in a state to where there where few members reside in. My thought behind this is that I did not think that one, or small number of people feel that they have to play host amongst other things. We are a community and everyone should have their choice.

    I have started a new thread pertaining to a specific area in S.D. because that seems to be the place that most people want to go, but is not "official" just yet.

    I would be happy to repost a poll, but would like other members feedback before doing so..

    I hope this helps Alex... Oh btw, a lot of us have not been to Sturgis on a motorcycle, please understand this...:)

    That's OK Johnny, I didn't see that poll cuz I was in the hospital. But you are right, Sturgis can be a blast. Didn't mean to sound like a fart.

    I've been to about 10 of them and just got tired of having a thousand people in front of you every time you wanted a beer or a pee. The scenery (natural and otherwise) is interesting and educational.

    No worries Alex. I agree about the amount of people that would be there during the actual rally, this is why we are aiming for a time that does not intersect with all of that crap. :D

    I'm not upset FLHT. I just don't like someone who's all mouth, taking cheap shots at me. These days I simply live to ride, and have been around the block a few times. I've heard it all before from guys who ride to the bar and back home, and call themselves "bikers".

    I ride everywhere and don't think of myself as a biker but just a guy who loves to ride. I personally feel at home on my bike. :)
