Diagnostics software or scanner

    I do all servicing and repairs on my Kawasaki and Yamaha bikes. I am looking to buy either some diagnostic software or a scanner to complement my tools. Both the Kawasaki and the Yamaha have onboard diagnostics but I would like to have the ability to read sensor data and say operate the fuel pump etc. Any suggestions as to what is best? Thanks Joseph
