    I also had one when first son was born. He was 1 year old and would sit on moms lap on the hack. I even had a fitted full face helmet for him. Now he's a bike mechanic !

    It was a great idea to ride the grandkids around but even the olderst at 10 would fall asleep w/in 10 minutes and slop around the sidecar. That made me nervous and other things too.

    I did manage to put about 10,000 miles on it before I sold it and it was a second bike. I inadvertantly tossed the sidecar which shocked heck out of me when it happened.

    Geez Charlie, he's #3. And two weeks ago when I told him your bikes symptoms, he said it's probably the ECM.
