Drive belt replacement

    Thank's for the info , cause last night I was out there & could'nt get the jack shaft to go in right , so right as I was about to throw a tool said to heck with it for now , will double check & try again tonight (baby setting a 5 month old grand son now)

    Thats one of the reasons I switched over to chain final drive when I did my rear tire conversion....I was afraid of popping a belt and then spending hours trying to replace it...Hope it all works out for you cowboy.

    No way will I ever go from a belt back to a chain.

    calgbikebum Again thanks for the info , got a chance today to work on the jackshaft & the the sleve was backword & I had it like the book showed ,so I too mark the book , now just to add the new trans oil & put the floor boards back on & the mufflers then good to go :D
