Easy Rider Magazine Beef Jerky

    Many years ago Easy Rider Mag. had this recipe for making beef jerky .
    Slice beef brisket, ( or any other beef ,my add on ) soak it 24 hours in 50-50 Soy sauce and worcestershire sauce add 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of onion powder , ( more or less depending on your taste, I add cayenne pepper too , but beware it's hot) put it in an oven at 225 F. and check every hour .
