City Hall has NOTHIN to do with the Redlight cameras. The money IS NOT PAID to the CITY HALL.

You are DEALING with ATS who is not in Houston, Texas. They are in Prescott, AZ. The money is paid to them. They are a private company just like any company you would open up.
They give the city of Houston like 25.00 on every 100.00 they collect. And if enough people don't run the redlights the City of Houston owes them money for installing the cameras. And that is like 15,000 a month Per CAmera.
Attorneys did a private study and it showed they were not saving any lives.
    It cost more wrecks.
ATS was spending millions of dollars on advertisement showing scare tactics to make you vote for the cameras. CAuse without the cameras they don't make any money.

Answer me one question, why ain't the Honest Police out watchin the redlights for redlights instead of a camera.
Even after the Redlights was voted out in the City of Houston. Know what the City did, they parked a police car there with nobody in it.
It showed it on TV and nobody said nothin about the Police not doing their job.
Now how did this make the city any money. And how did it save any lifes everbody is worried about.

Ha! Some things can be dealt with in a simple way that let's big brother know he can't go there. That's one of the reasons they want to take away all our guns.
