    yep, i called Harley today to see if they had the serrated flange nuts for the exhaust, they don't, only the smooth. So I ordered the the serrated flange nut from Fastenall this morning. Guess my pipes will have to wait..

    hey if you have a lowes or ace harware store near ya you can get them there in stainless its only a 5/16 nc thred nut in there!

    Not in the flange nut I can't..... I have a Menards here which is similar to a Lowes and no dice. That is a 5/16-24 thread....:banghead:

    Oh yeah I forgot to mention BP that I did check Ace and they did not have what I wanted/needed either........I checked there before this Menards place.

    You can use a lock washer with the smooth ones if you don't want to wait for the order to come in....

    I was going to do that but just decided not to. It should be fairly nice outside on Monday. I was planning on bringing the scoot in to the dyno shop on Monday as well.
