Ask him to look at the dyno
tell him your build, and that
you have ordered jets and what's
his recommendation on the CV carb setup
    where should you start,

Also when you have the bowl off the cv, change out the
stock screws for allens and get a shot ball end allen wrench
you'll appreciate this as you do the work.

I already have put the allens in. That is sort of a sore subject.... I do not want to waste Ken's time. I am pretty sure that if he wants to contribute he will. :D

I think that I am going to start off by getting that shim out from under the needle. When that is done, what should I be experiencing as far as the riding experience is concerned? Will I be able to feel any difference???

    Thanks....:)

I spoke to my indy today and had said that I SHOULD NOT reduce my pilot at all. He did not say why, and I didn't argue with him either, I am just going to listen. Everything else he said to go for.. :D

i would not think you would pull the slow jet for a smaller one with those pipes drop the needle and up the main when we shim the needle we bring the main in faster what we are doing is compensating for a lean condition in the mid to high range . bump the main one size and drop the needle to a stock setting . and if it runs well at all rpm seat of the pants that is . put it back on the dyno and take more mains with you just in case .

I am going to swap the needle in first. What should I be on alert for as far as changes go for responsiveness if any??

first off it will be a crispy throttle responce and exhaust temp will come up as well a bit cause your not choking the fire with to much fuel the bike will react quicker a pepy out the hole . and feel as if it was lighter and pull to rpm faster and smooth wont take as much throttle to make it move .
