Well today I am going for a long ride. This will be the first major ride after I swapped the cams out. I am crossing my fingers that all goes well. Wish me luck!

Yes. Now just needs a retune. This bike runs good but as of now feels the same as what my 557's did, until I am at 60. I will drop the hammer and that bike is gone.

I thinks this bike runs good. Hot Rider can feel the difference as well.

Good for you both! For me, it's the wind roaring at high velocities against my face and up my nose, nostrils acting as venturi, funneling the rushing air straight to my brain!

With these cams, there is no need. Lol. I did the hard 2nd gear roll like you suggested, I like!

I will make that a winter project. Close to the end of the riding season so I will just leave it be for now. Also this winter I will swirh air cleaner backing plates and filter assembly.

Oh, I forgot to mention, I notice a big difference in starting the bike as well. Pops off a lot faster and crisper. I attribute that to more cylinder pressure. I like it.

Sounds good, Johnny. More compression, more power, less gas milage LOL. I bet it's well worth the trade-off.

My previous cams were Red Shift 557's.These cams are similar to the S&S 570g's that I just put in, however for a higher overall lift cam, the 570g to me seem to be less noisy.

These cams run hard boys. I like them a lot. Last night I swapped out tge air cleaner backing plate to an SE backing plate courtesy of BaggerPaul. I really hated the one that was on. The SE set up is way cleaner.

Looks good, I like those older style backings as well that have the breather hoses routed into the back.
