Front end

no this is something else. the entire frontend is non-stock. seems like its a wG until you get down to the sliders which are 65mm which kinda reduces things to a narrow G. then of course there's the non stock brake caliper. but the good news is that i took the hub apart; it's soild alumium. there's already a test hole drilled down .35, exactly what i need. the caliper holes are even an extra .35 deep. so looks like i'll end up turning this WG into a NG it's as if the hubs are designed with this end in mind. once i get .35 off i'll be able to slim the caliper and:rocket_bike:

LOOKED AT MY 21 TODAY AND IT LOOKS LIKE THE HUB DESIGN WAS MADE SO IF I WANTED TO DRILL AND TAP I COULD GO WITH A EVEN SIDED DUAL ROTARS, GUESS THAT'S HOW I ENDED UP WITH EVEN SPACING ON THE HUB, BEFORE YOU GO OFF PAYING ALOT OF MONEY WORKING YOUR HUB, CHECK OUT THIS SITE FOR FRONT ENDS, DEMON'S CYCLE INC.COM, YOU CAN GET A HOLE NEW FRONT END FOR UNDER 500 BUCKS, THAT'S WHERE I GOT MINE, INTERNAL STOP BERING AND CUP KIT, 8 OVER 3 DEG 41MM WG, AT 500 BUCKS AFTER SHIPPING. don't think it should be over $50, easy lathe job, might get the other side done too. this thing is set up for duel calipers. i'm only .35 of an " away from total success. easy and cheap for me to get leather and machine work done. live in Amish country. they do good work at reasonable prices:devil:

did it tire is dead center, room to adjust the caliper. that cnc machine worked like a charm. he did both sides of the hub for only $20

it worked out great. he's just getting started. of all things he's going to make bike wheels and about anything else custome like shift links and ect. you should see how he sets that cnc machine up on the computer. works so great, yet it's a wonder it works at all:devil:
