I think having all that modern tech on a bike is not why I ride. I ride to get away from all that crap. I don't think a stereo radio and cd player with i-pod hookups belong on a bike. To distracting from the ride.
I don't think they should be in cars either. No tv's, no blue tooth.
All that stuff distracks the operator from doing what they are supposed to be doing. Operating the vehicle, paying attention to the road and all the other a-holes out there.
Instead of watching the gps to see which way the road goes, why not watch the road and see which way it goes.
Learn to read a map, remember the route and watch for the turns. It's not a hard skill to aquire.
Stop the high tech crap and use the best computer ever built, the one between your ears.

agreed!!!.....to a point. i like the tunes, they are not distracting as both hands are on the bars, both eyes on the road. the ears hear more than one sound at a time...........the rest can stay at home or in the bag.

Glad nobody left you in charge. I like the radio and the bluetooth, and the GPS on my bike..

I can do more than just walk and chew gum.

    Been riding since 64
