    1 US gallon = 3.78541178 liters

    1 dollar = $ .73 Euros

    1.35 euros/liter = $1.83 dollars per Liter

    3.785 x 1.83 = $6.93 per gallon

Well the conversion I got you is correct

Basically you need to know how to covert dollars to Euros

it takes 1.83 dollars to buy one Euro because our dollar isn't worth as much

It takes 3.8 liters to fill a gallon

double your dollar (2) times 3.8 and you are close... within 10%

I find the metrics to be simpler and surprised the US
    hasn't gone metric.

    7 8 9 10 MM
    vs

    1/4 3/8 1/2 9/16 5/8
    uggh hate fractions..

    decimals are 1000 times easier...

Sure, but my tougue would swell up before I could git it down with you over in Oregon Redneck.
I just got back, rode across the river to another county to git a bottle, you can't buy whiskey here where I live. Church folks has it locked up.
All you can buy is beer and they only let you be able to git it in certain precints a few years ago.

I'm good for now, man it taste good too.

Metric is easier if you grew up with it, here in Canada we switch to it about 20 years ago. Just after I had learned every thing in Imperial, I still can't watch Canadian weather - Celsius scale is crazy, freezing is 32*F not 0*C. Up here if it's 32* that's like 90*F:banghead::banghead:
We do get to drive a 100 on the highways though;);) (KMH)
