The reference to REEF had me intrigued. My other hobby is reef keeping. I have a 200 gallon salt water fish tank built into the wall of our living room (yeah obsessive, but looks better than TV). So I've been on the hunt for a long while for someone to do a tattoo with a reef theme... at least one that doesn't look like a Finding Nemo cartoon.

PhotoRealism tattoos are very difficult to do and there are not a lot of people that can pull that off flawlessly. They do exist though. That is huge tank! A reef is where is where sharks congregate to feed and some speculate even to breed. :hungry:

    I like those tats! :cigar:

Thinking of something like this over the winter. I take no credit for this pic, just a example off the information superhighway.

Dayna is the daughter, the arrow is her birth sign, Sagittarius, I think, the archer guy. The wife has that and the two pillars which are her sign, Gemini. I have the lame ass sun that looks like a starfish, according to the wife. Isn't that supposed to stay covered for a few days, JB?
Looks good, and not too much bleedin.

No, I was told that it stays covered for 4 hours and that is it. I was also told that once I uncover it, do not recover it.

Well back when I was getting mine(Civil War Era), wash with warm water and soap gently and then pat dry. Then apply bacitracin and cover.

I have about 10 large tats of various disgusting stuff. The biggest is on my back, its a dragon flying around the earth blowing flames on it, the smoke spelling FTW (Forever two wheels,Free the wino's, fast thru water, Fast Thru Water)

I hope to get more when and if I see any that inspire me.

That'll be a process but I'll work on it.

I was told the same, cover for 4 hours then wash with warm soapy water no scrubbing, leave uncovered and my tattoo artist always had me use a product called TattooGoo, awesome stuff. Johnny, how long a session did it take?
