    Pam is dumb. Clean polish and good wax. Then clean with dryer sheets and your bike will smell spring fresh too

    i tried the pam once on the front of my truck........what a frickin mess!!!!! took a long time to get it off. the bugs didnt stick, but what a pain in the butt, and looked like hell. only did it once. now use the dryer sheets......easier.

    :roflmao:I see why you call em the love bug...That view out the windshield looks really bad, wouldn't want to hit the wipers. :rolleyes:

    yep, put Pam on the seat of and fenders of a dirt bike once, couldn't stay on the seat or keep the dirt off the rest of it.. big mistake soap and water works pretty good here, we have very god water right out of the tap,

    actually it gets worse.....i have seen a number of bike windshields that you could not see out of...nasty!!!!!!!!

    During the summer I will get every color bug you can think of pastered on the windshield and fairing. All I do is take an old bath towel get it soaked in plain ole water and lay it on the windshiel and fairing,. Let it lay on there for about 45 minutes and the bugs just wipe off.

    My wife has had the glass cleaner downstairs for a few years.
    Talked to Zan today. He said he has been using it on his windshield and faring since last July and it don't have anything in it to hurt the bike.
    One of the main thing he uses it for it gittin bugs off.

    ya, the water/towel works. maybe the cleaner will work faster. i try not to let them build up to bad before removing them. i use plexus cleaner.......dont always have water.

    I use that stuff called ShowTime Cleaner polish works really good.
