The 2012 SE has the plug in for your Nano which also comes with the bike. The connection cable is located in the lid with a pouch to fit in the right saddle bag. Nothing needs to be plugged into the console of the new SE bikes. Your bike needs to have the connection in the console mine does not.

Thing is you can't run the CB or intercom without the cord and you can't hear the radio/WB.CD.Ipod, all you can hear with the blooteef to GPS is the GPS and if it has muzak on it, you could hear that

So none of the great features that come with the Ultra for Com would be useable with that blooteef redneck hedsit.

that's my point ya have to go through hoops to hear something
and it's possible but it takes a bunch of stuff to connect.

Just curious how much $$ do you have in the headset, blooteef in the trunk, 12v and all the bits to make your headset hear the radio, cd etc....

I am not changing my name to hrg unless you change to ibephonedanoldfartblooteefdood :roflmao:

Got 2 Sena SMH 10 last year from Eastern Performance for 250.00

You want to make sure you git he Sena headsets with the USB charging port on the sena headset.
And not the round charging port.
The round charging port can't receive updates.

The plug for the CB was like 18.00

The clear sound bluetooth device was like 40.00

I can bluetooth to the clear sound. If it drops I just push the button on the clear sound again and repair it.

Or I can bluetooth it to my Zumo.
Or I can bluetooth it to my Iphone and talk on it.
    Or listen to Itunes.

You can't bluetooth but 1 device at a time unless you can figure it out.:gah:

I had it workin on more than one thing and forgot how i did it.

    If you don't wear a helmet that's o.k.
Helmets are all kinds of prices. You pay for what you git.

Probably ain't gonna want to wear the same helmet in the winter that you wear in the summer.

Life could be easy on you.

Sell yer bike and then you don't have to pay insurance on it. buy any parts and don't have to take up space to keep it.
No matter what hobby I got I'm gonna spend money on something.
Can't sit at home and do nothin.
Money was made to spend, helps the economy

Kinda surprised no one mentioned about the GPS on most of todays smart phones. Of course if you like to look at the gps for ur directions it's pretty tough, but if u get off the path and need to find a way out, most of your phones can get u where you wanna go. I personally use my phone for most of everything, I can listen to tunes, hear when my phone rings, and hear the gps directions. I am sure though its not as good as what most are using, but like I said most of us already have one and forget about it. It really comes down to what ur wants are. If u want a gps as a back up case u get lost then couldnt see spending all that cash to keep it stored up. If u like to look at the screen and want to use it often then a gps unit is probably the way to go.

The IPhone is pretty cool for that but kind of hard to use when your riding.
When heading home I plugged in the GPS to head towards Kannab and it took me through the lower route and would not have seen this otherwise. Very lower part of the Glenn Canyon. I think it was called Marble Canyon but is part of the Colorado river before the Grande Canyon. Was very cool, we walked out on the foot bridge. Would have missed it for not for the GPS.
