    It seems like your kinda mixing up a few issues all in one here. Climate change has to do with the addition of CO2 in the air absorbing heat energy from the Sun. Low Sulfur Fuels is needed for lowering NOx which is a contributor to SMOG and Ozone. Low Sulfur fuels has nothing to do with CO2 reduction and global warming.

    And “black smoke” or Particular Matter as the Scientists call it, have bad health affects on humans especially those that don’t drive a cage with heppa filtration such as us who ride Harleys. So, just to be clear, the EPA DOES regulate black smoke from diesels. Thank you EPA for that. That’s why new diesel cars and trucks all have particulate traps and common rail injection. Not sure where your getting your info on this issue.

    Been so cold here the key doesn't even want to turn in the ignition switchs of the vehicles. -15 with 30mph winds in the mornings. Today it just barley hit 20 but they say low 30's and sun by mid week. What the hey it is january...
