    Biggest concern I have is in 5 years
    will they still be around making rabbit
    sh(t size wood pellets, because
    if they go under, you are fubar'd
    on using it...

    You can get those pellets all over the place. Those thing aren't cheap but the pellets are reasonable.

    one manufacturing company, it's a mistake...

    LOL, I have had the same experience. The friend that is a dealer asked me to buy one and I told him if I get it for his cost I will, no deal so far.

    I can cook for 20 hours with 5 pounds of charcoal, just need the right grill. Smoked a pork butt 9 hours at 250 and had charcoal left over at the end.

    Sweet mother of God! :devil: Got my sample pack of Slap ya Mama spices. Made the mistake of stickin' my finger in the "Hot Blend" to sample taste it. What a dumarse I am. My scalp is tinglin, my tongue is a burnin, and the sweat is pouring out of me. Man it's good!! :)

    You know how to cook , thats about all I use on a turkey 15 lbs & some pecan or other kinds of wood for smoke

    Git you some Chicken Thighs and put some slap yo mama on it and throw them on the grill. Whoa its good.

    All ya will need is some Redneck Budweiser a little tater salad, some ranch style beans and some Garlic Bread...............

    And I would try it again with some Spicey Jack Daniels BBQ sause on it........ And some slap yo mama

    They got the best Spicey Japaleno Sausage made........
    It goes great with the slap yo mama chicken and some Mission tortias..

    Its better than good.

    One of my wifes brothers came in town last week with a buddy of his. We been eatin Big Shrimp, catifsh, fried and grilled and Slap Yo mama chicken and HEB spicey sausage and fried crawfish tails, and drinkin a lot of Beer.
    We had some other kind of shrimp with like vermicella and all in it that the old lady made. It lasted about a few minutes.

    We was going to Joes Italian Resturant and eatin a lot of Italian Hand tossed Supreme Pizza and it had some tomatoe slices on it too.
    They left yesterday. Man was I glad to git some sleep last nite.

    The restaurant we was at this week had just had red snapper on sale and it was gone
    And Alligator on sale and it was gone
