    Did a little smoking for Easter, ham and home made 4 cheese Smoked Mac and Cheese.

    Ham sat in apple juice and was basted with home made Apple Bourbon Glaze...

    Our meal was Honey Glazed Ham, Mediterranean beans, a special scalloped potato dish, green salad, hot rolls, and pie...Apple, Cherry or Oregon Marionberry or like some of us a little of each. :D

    Hey, HRK at the time of this post were warmer than you, go up to 77 today.
