Only got a couple of photos so far. First is at Iron Valley Harley Davidson. I think it's actually in Bird In Hand. Our bikes lined up out front. Second is in the York factory. They have a bunch of bikes and partially stripped bikes on display. The third is my buddy falling in love with a Breakout.
Tonight is the York Bike Night when the city puts up barricades locking off downtown streets to bike only entrance. There's bands out side around the city and lots of bars and clubs. A few years ago I met my newest bestest buddy Billy Gibbons. I'm going to skip it this time though. Like BI I'm just about done with crowds. I wish I had more time cause they have dirt flat track racing this weekend. I'd enjoy that since years ago we used to go to them in Middletown NY and enjoyed the heck out of it.

Wish there were a couple dedicated long distance and responsible riders here. Too many of the locals older guys are new to riding and are into acting like a Hells Angel wannabe make believe/stupid. Yeah I am very decerning about who I ride with. Not as much as what brand of bike as much as character.

I would like to get in one more grind before winter and which is fast approaching.

Yup, won't be long for you. I don't ride long distance but I ride every chance I get when the weather is good. Averaging 5,000 miles a year just riding locally. Today we are going on a poker run for a biker who's been in the hospital several months now. He had an altercation with an SUV and barely survived.

I'm sure we are LOL. Yesterday's poker run was a success - we raised a lot of money for the guy. They brought him, in a wheelchair, out of the hospital for the day to witness the tail end of the festivities at our final destination. I rode from 8 AM to 8 PM with short stops in between. Poker run started at 11 AM. I was nearly always at the rear of the column, as is my wont, and at times could see the line of bikes half a mile or more ahead winding through the curves. Awesome sights and sounds.

Home now after 876 miles in 3 1/2 days. I wish I had more photos but I was busy riding. When the rest of the crew gets theirs posted I'll copy them here. This afternoon I'm changing all fluids in preparation for the layup due to my surgery on the 30th. All I have to do now is scrub and wax the scooter, cover it and tuck it into the corner of the man cave. Sniff, sniff ImageUploadedByTapatalk1411335760.149659.jpg
