    Not sure Texas is going to be any better. We are getting invaded by Muslims and Mexicans and refugee Californians. They are changing this state for the worse. It's spotty but growing.

    Yeah, I don't understand it. These people leave where they were and then work as hard as they can to change the place they moved to into what they left. Makes no damn sense to me!

    They do that up here...we call them flat landers. They come up here and try to take advantage of the neighborlyness of the locals. And sometimes they get away with it too. Can you say "Adverse land possesion". It starts of as " hey you mind if I use a corner of your lot near mine for a seasonal garden?" Wanting to be neighborly most say yes especially the older folks and who would never imagine someone would do this. After X amount of years the borrower petitons the county to own it on the grounds they been maintaining it and because there was no written agreement it usually goes in the favor of he theif. And it happens alot up here. Old folks just don't know and trend to be trusting.

    New neighbors moved in about 14-15 years after I'd been here and started cutting and using a portion of my property that abutted theirs. I asked them to stop, they kept doing it so I put up a 350 foot chain link fence. Doesn't look like it fits there but problem over.

    Humans never cease to disapoint me on a regular basis.

    Here is another example of Obummerism.
    In many NYC apartment buildings residents that pay higher un regulated rents get to use pools and/or gyms in their buildings but Renters who pay much lower city regulated rents have been denied access to the perks since they do not pay for them. The socialist politicians are passing a law that will make it a crime to prevent all access despite not paying for it. They say denying access stigmatizes people.

    so I'am watching some dumb show about two bike clubs in cali & here come a TV add saying MOVE to NY & don't pay any tax's for 10 years what to heck is that all about ? oh wait A lot of companys & regular people are fed up the Dems & there crap up there
