Yes that is an option as well. Going to try the New Agent first.

I can't do a in the waist band type carry of any pistol. It just hurts after awhile so my favorite is in the front pocket. My S&W Shield fits perfect as does my 380 pistols or my Ruger SP101 in 357. Now if it's cold enough to wear a jacket I have several where a pistol fits in one of the jacket pockets.
My problem with putting a pistol with any weight to it in my front pants pocket is keeping the pants up. With no hips they tend to slid down even with the belt cinched up tight so usually carry a 380 in the front pocket and the new Ruger 380 has proven to be an excellent choice because of the weight issue.

When riding I can carry my Sig 1911 45 Ultra Compact in the vest for better stopping power or my 40 Cal Sig P229.

I started wearing suspenders so i can carry either in or out on my waist, mostly i carry an LC9 cause it's light, my S&W 357 is all steel and weights accordingly. When travelling all day i carry in my vest pocket, and one in the saddle bag. When on California i keep them all in a locked saddle bag.

Take it to the range after you clean it good and see how it shoots.

I am starting to warm up to the idea of carrying two different pistols. One for summer and one for winter. Off a suggestion from HRK, I started looking at some 9mm pistols and he suggested a few that would fit in the "pocket" carry class. The one that grabbed my attention was the Sig P938. I gravitated to this one mainly because it is hammer fired and looks a lot like a 1911. (I just like that style), however, after looking at a lot of YouTube video on P938, there seems to be a lot of issues with extraction. It seems that Sig has great customer service, but man, what a headache.

Wait until the new Glock 43 comes out. It is based on the size of their Glock 42 in 380 but it's going to be a 9mm. Will fit the pocket and is a double action only which is perfect for a pocket carry. If you want a hammer fired pistol Ruger makes a great single stack slim pocket carry that is hammer fired. I think the new Glock that is coming out is going to be very popular. I put up a link to it here yesterday. I'll bet HRK will get one of these, I seriously thinking of it. I carry a small 9mm in the M&P Shield 9mm and put the safety on, however it has a very fine trigger pull when loaded with a round in the chamber. Great pistol but if you ever accidently release the safety and pull the pistol out, well you can just guess.

The Sig 938 like the Sig P238 are both heavy for pocket carry.

The pistol has had to many issues. I considered it also but didn't like all the negative feedback on it. My Ruger new Ruger LCS 380 is a perfect pocket pistol and weights in at 9.75 OZ

Yes they do but don't care to have to send in a pistol constantly. Went through that with my first Springfield XDS 45 and each time they were glad to try and fix it, never could so unloaded it. I do now have a XDS 45 in the new 4 inch length and it works flawless. But it's a vest pocket carry while on the bike.

That's good to hear. What's your thoughts on the new Glock 43, I realize you haven't seen one yet but it's virtually very close in size to the Glock 42 in 380.

Calling bullshit on this one. Have already watched a lot of YouTube videos about this gun and each person mentioned extraction failures or fail to return to battery. More extraction issues. Even watched the gun firing on the range while extraction failures occured.
