They had a used Vision at the Harley shop that someone traded in. They had that bike forever and the comments from all the guys I know was I wouldn't be caught dead sitting on that thing. They finally whole saled it off.

I hate to admit it but I did have a Goldwing with a Tulsa windshield, the one that goes over the top of your head. Terrible in a rain storm and it takes so much wind away that they actually become to hot sitting behind one. But that was what the goldwingers did and how most of them ride. Yea, I finally woke up. I will say that I put 100,000 miles on it before we sold it and the only problems with it was the water cooled portion of it.

That is one hell of a windshield! Might as well get a convertible.

Actually those are motor activated wheels that help stabilize bikes when you come to a stop, made for older and those riders that have had knee surgery or lost a leg that don't want a trike.

Several companies make them I have a local shop that came up with some for HDee's
The inventor is on the bike, Pete G...

Thanks for the info, I know some of the Shriner’s use them on their parade bikes.

Holly crap, that windshield is taller than the one I had on my 1500 Goldwing. That thing won't let the air even on a passenger.

Was on a ride one time and it was raining and a rider in front of us had one of those electric training wheels and the rain caused a short in it. The wheels came down while he was riding and put him in the ditch. We stopped got him out and cut the power wire to it so he could keep on riding. We took a tie wrap and secured it in the up position. Think he would have been better off with a trike.

yeah that is a concern, however on the one Pete does they have a speed sensor built into
the unit that watches the bolts on the pulley, it has to push it down with the actuator so it won't simply drop...

I don't mind the wind but when my helmet is rattling and it blurs my vision then there is a problem. I never had any problems like this with the old sportster.

A buddy of mine rode 125 miles to a HD dealer that had the factory demo truck there.
We spent all day riding bikes over and over.
The 2010 bikes rocks for being smooth and riding good.
We notised that the horn don't rock back and forth. Think the 2010 has like a 4 motor mount system .
Think they took the air shocks off and put something like Progressive 440 shocks on it.

The 2010's seemed to ride even better and have more power than the 09's/
    Like the new tranny also.

I rode the New Road glide. Its a slammed bike and the wind nearly blew me off the bike.

The Ultra Limited with the 103 motor and the SE Ultra with the 110 motor was my two top picks for power and comfort.
If I was workin I would be trading right now.

In the mean time I will whittle on saving my money for the future on one.

Mabe just mabe I can git one more bike before its my time to go.

The 2010 and the 09 Ultra is pretty much the same bike except for the 5th gear in the tranny which they finally fixed. Comfort, fit and power is the same.

Didn't feel like the 09 had the same power as the 2010 did.

Yer windshield is a lot taller than the one on the slammed Road Glide .

Its small like a street glide.

    Think its for loooks.

I have a short windshield on my Ultra and I can just feel the wind on the top of my head. My wife does get alot more wind when riding with the short windshield than with the tall one. Nice thing about the Ultra I can have as much wind as I want by opening the vents up.
