    My 09 ultra has air shocks on the rear. I have no trouble w/wind using a 4"low windshield, my wife prefers it over the stock windshield because the stock high window blows her hair forward into her face. As for the Victory, if they build them as cheap as the rest of the Polaris line-up, you need to like fixin
