I think Marc FLHT went down on the way to Street Vibrations

Many years ago i didn't put lock tight on my front axel nuts and eventualy one side loosened up and front wheel came off at about 50 mph. Front end snapped off on one side.

See the way I see it is if he drifted towards the cables his lower engine guard and hi way pegs could get caught up in the barriers and come to a halt .but we are yet to know how he got towards the left .who ever was riding with him supposed to have run into the bike after he crashed .according to the news he came out somewhat better .?he has the answers to what happened. My heart goes out to his wife and family members. She must be so tore up over this .just freaking sucks man.

Damn...Just saw this...The pics are not good...I would say he was very lucky to still be with us even though he is not out of the woods yet...Prayers to him and his family...How is his wife doing?

"Why" we may not know for sometime. I'm just sick over this. I consider Marc a dear friend.

Me too. I met Marc on a bb which became this bb bike talk and he invited me in to his home over the internet. Got a number of good rides in with him. Great guy. I feel for the family. Just praying he pulls through

We all hope that the day will come when Marc can tell us what happened, until then we all will hope for a speedy recovery so he can ride again.

out of curiosity,, how did the drive belt look? man that's a sad event.. hoping for a full recovery marc..

While we all may/may not send him somthimg how about we also take the time and send one card to all of us one at a time and once everyone who wants to sign it has signed we mail it to him? He's gonna be laid up while. What do ya's think?

Terrible, just terrible. So sorry for him and his loved ones. Hope & pray he makes a speedy and full recovery, as well as the other rider.

Any update from yesterday's surgery?

It's never good to hear about things like this.Will pray for all involved.

No change. They believe they saved his foot. He's still in a "twilight" coma. Some eye movement and finger too.
This is a photo his daughter posted on Marc's FB page. I think it's his wife Pats hand on Marc's. Very sad and sweet.

Hi guys. This is Steve (maddog110) mark was in a Bad acc. As of now he is starting to wake up, Very Slowly . This will take time we don't know how long but IAM here every day and he is starting to respond to commands . This was the worst. Wreck I have ever seen, he's lucky to be here. He can hear us , he knows all you are pulling for him. Its looking better every day, I will keep you posted.
