Since it's going that far ,might as well stroke it to 103":D:rolleyes:

OR...you can check to see if a couple of bolts loosened up,top covers have to come off to check,so you might just wanna replace the bottom rocker to head gasket...:)

    We'll get to that after welded crank,forged pistons,bigger valves,head work,Baker 6 speed and of course a Thunder Maxx & Eye Fone 12.

Naw... cowboy had a fidy dollar fix...Cometic or the Harley 1 piece metal bottom gasket are good...

You also wanna see if your valve seals are black or orange....'05 had a problem with valve seals...here's a few pics,if yours aren't orange, talk to the dealer,I think there was a recall on the-02 seals
    http://www.bigboyzcycles.com/showthread.php?t=90

JUST beneath the valve cover, above the rocker box ? __________________ this what it sounds like he's saying , if so comet gaskets makes a set for that so no need to pull the whole top end about $50[/QUOTE]"]

If you changed the crank breather to vent to the atmosphere, check to make sure it's not kinked or plugged,if so it could cause a pressure build up in the rocker area, which will also make it leak....

I think you have the crossover on the front of the fuel tank so your gonna need a MightyVac to help drain the tank. I'm sure you got a service manual. Good luck and wished I was in AZ to right now. To many windstorms going on with heavy rains right now.

No man, don't use her vacuum, just get her to siphon the gas out:)then pull the crossover from one side and cap it,drain the rest into a container from the hose...
If you wanna spend a couple of bucks over the winter, put a quick disconnect in the crossover and from then on ,tank removal is a lot easier and less messy
    Something like this...

Coyote Gear Fits 1 4" ID Fuel Line Valved Quick Disconnect Chromed Brass Coupler | eBay
