CB yeah I know of nobody standing around
    getting arrested or hassled.

Now you cut out in main st traffic to get around
the crowd they will wave you back, ignore them
push them, or do something stupid and sure you'll get
an invitation to a paddy wagon party

RIde you bike down main st, stop,
and rack the throttle to WOT a buncha times
(and in front of a LEO) will get you a nice
tap on the shoulder - directions to the side street
and a couple hundred buck ticket

RIde like an idiot, fast, running lights
wheelies, drunk, well you get the point

They let a lot go, and remember
they have to deal with 500,000 people in town
for 10 days. It's like 10 superbowls in a week.

Right after dealing with three weeks of
    Race Nuts LOL

Texas Lonestar Rally a couple years ago, had 500,000
I even seen tags on bikes from Canada.
Unless you did a wheelie on a crotch rocket.
The Police didn't bother anybody period.

In the Strand girls walk around with no top on.
At nite, the place comes alive.
People rev their engines wide open and hit the rev limiter, especially on Crotch rockets.
    The Police never bother them.

    Talked to my buddy.

He said there was suppose to be a new law that was passed last January.
And he was totally against it.

If you excessive throttle while takin off, or did a wheelie.
That the Police can have yer bike towed and it becomes property of the State of Florida. You can't git it back.
Or if you hit any water on the road and yer bike swerved while makin a turn, it gave the Police the right to pull you over and check you for Acohol in your system.
He said if they have laws like that he would never go back.

He was complanin that to go and git a soda took like 30 minutes cause the lines were so long.
He said everything you do is like that with the lines.

Everybody needs to go and find out for themselves.

But if somebody wanted to take my bike. I would fill Ill toward them.
And I would probaly go to Jail, I have a problem controling my anger when something like that happens.
It wouldn't be good for me to be there.
I can remember when I visited my kin folks when I was a kid, the police were real hard on us.

That was a law one of the senators from Miami was trying to get passed
    it was changed.

They have a big issue with kids on 200 mph crotch rockets doing 180 on the freeway's
wheelies and huge groups loud exhausts all going nuts.

They would hide the plates up top under the fender where you couldn't see them so they could get away, run tolls, etc.

NOthing that would bother the average HD rider, while I don't like more laws I can see where there is a problem when people are running 200 mph down the highway...

200 miles is a little fast.

Think that speed would scare me.

On my 07 Wide Glide I had.
The motor was a 103 Indy build.

Did 140 one time on a GPS in 5th gear.
It was really fast on a Harley.

My adreline was really flowing. It scared me a little.
Don't think I will ever do it again.:D

And not that I'm gitin closer to 60.
I want to do like Chuck said.

Man I've rode fast my whole life.
I said if I ever make it to 60 I was gonna slow down some.

And that's what he did. Slow down just a little. :D:D:roflmao:

On the WG I had with the Thundermax on it. Rev limiter was 6250rpm.
I could do 105 in 3rd gear and ain't even hit the Rev limiter.
In 4th I could go all way to 128 and not hit the rev limiter.
I'm scared to say what the top was in 5th. Screw 6th.

Got a buddy that had the same motor on a 07 heritage.
He hit over 140 on his and he was 64 at the time.

He wound up turning the crank on his.

If you got a SE Ultra I wouldn't want to go over 110 with a fairing.
