image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg Laconia 2015. Only made it as far as the race track. Test rode Indians and Harleys. Got up to the broken spoke and ate lunch at Tamaracks. Far as we got to the the strip. Wasn't crowded. Poured all the way home, dang, lol. No worse for the wear ,good rain gear.

Hmmm. You went to a rally! That's odd. BTW, it always rains at Laconia.

No its not. Because i live 70-100 miles from both Americade and Laconia i usually go one day early to look around. I've mentioned that. I would have went to americade but you didn't answer my email.

The trick with laconia is to go as early in the week and as early in the day and there are minimum to no crowds. Further into the week especially fathers day weekend its grid lock. One lite change one bike makes it thru.

Didn't buy any t shirts, already got more then I could possibly wear out. I have stacks of t shirts and piles of pins

Noticed the sparse crowd, suprised you included a pic of a Yamaha Bolt. Looks like a good time, minus the rain. Nice pics.

Had a Bolt out for an evening thanks to a friend at the local dealer, really liked it overall, just find the styling a wee bit too Mad Max meets Bobber look for me. I'll stick with the Sporty. :)

Nice youngsters machine. I would have enjoyed that in my 20's,lol.

All the manufactorers seemed to have stepped up their styling with HD leading the way.

Have a friend who just bought a used 2014 Honda Statesmen. The front end is really kicked out a long way. We went to a dealer sponsored Taco night at a local bar. When he went to leave he had to back it up twice as the front end wouldn't turn sharp enough.
Here is a pic. It's just a Honda Sabre with different fenders on it.

Hondas trying they're just a few style years behind. I'd say that after the harley market the other manufactorers are fighting over 15% of the rest of the motorcycle market.

At the racetrack only harley, especially indian and victory the other dealers had no, thats right no takers. I felt embarassed for them.
