Right now, California is the only state that allows lane splitting or as some call it, lane filtering. I have read where more states are about to vote on allowing this practice. I am all in favor of the practice, especially when traffic is heavy and the air cooled engine needs a breeze. Been doing it in several states for the past 55 or so years----never knew it was illegal. All in favor??? Opposed???

In favor as needed. Especially in construction traffic.
