I found this comparison of the LED Lights. Was gonna post in on the thread JB started but the thread is closed. Sounds like any of the 3 choices works well, but the overall winner is the Daymakers

    New Harley LED headlights

Talked to the dealer here in Hawaii, the Daymakers are only Warranteed for 1 year and then only if they were installed by the Dealer. I'm wondering if I might not just take my chances on Ebay for some used ones. The dealer here wants $582 plus tax. I could get a use ones on Ebay and still have almost enough left over for the LED spotlamps for that price.

There was some discussion about the Led Headlight in a Thread called JB almost dies. It's still open but I think putting this where it is at now is better. I'm going to be at my HD dealer today for a mapping class using the HD GPS and I'll also ask about that.

$550 for two headlights, not one.... :banghead::banghead:

I get two Daymaker Headlights at $550 and you guys get a single LED head light for almost $400... I think I am getting the better deal than you..:roflmao::roflmao: Daymaker™ Black LED Headlamp | Genuine Motor Accessories | Harley-Davidson USA

I went to the HD dealer and got a SE dual Bulb headlight for my bike. Its all Plug and Play

Then I went to Xenon Bargains. Emailed them and told them I have a 11 HD FLHTK
And I out the dual bulb Harley headlight in it. Got the dual bulb cause
    I didn't want a Bi Xenon kit.
Told him each headlight bulb I had.
You have to realize the kit for a car and a motorcycle are different. The one for a car you have to run a Power wire from the battery. You don't with a motorcycle.

I ordered a 6000K with H-9 bulbs for the low and high beam headlights.
YOu choose the kit the strenght of the bulb in K and weather you want a 35 or 50 watt system. I got the 35 watt system in 6000 K which is in the edge of blue.

Had it 2 yrs. Buddy has had it longer and we haven't had any problems.

JB where are you getting yours from? What part number did you order and who did you order it from...if you don't mind my asking? At that price you could sell one on EBAY and probably make enough to just about pay for the LED spotlamps.

I believe I have the older model that was sold under the Kuryakin brand. The only problem with these is the width or depth of the lense itself (see photo, on the right, profile view). When using the stock chrome bezel the lense sticks out past the bezel. I bought the custom, deep bezel so it hides the lense.
I am very satisfied with it.

Yup, but not as good as HRK's photo shows. The newer version has the thick rim also.
My model is shown in the Kuryakyn website under "LED Lights" bbut they doen't seem to be selling it anymore (I couldn't find it). HRK turned me onto it and also a dealer in Kansas that sells heavily discounted, California Phils. You could try him for the headlight.

Notice width of bezel and placement of lense. Original bezel was only 1/3 the width.
