    Yep I also get hatch chille from back home , years ago we would take the truck & run down to Hatch , now I have a family member ship it to me can't beet the taste :cool: chille with beans & green chille :D

    Redneck Chuck we were talkin about Chili, not Frito Pie man.

    Chile can be made from any of the receipts I sent. Pick one and go with it.

    Git some fried kidney beans let em soak and cook them and put them with the Chili.

    And Big Jims chile rocks dude.

    Both green and red.

    Goes good on burgers,and with eggs.

    if you are going to live in Tejas and put beans in yer chili
    might as go all the way and piss off the locals and pour it
    over some nice hot spaghetti, top with some fresh uncooked
    chopped white onion and some cold shredded cheddar cheese

    The OL is from Albq, they don't put meat in their chili but they do put beans in it.:D

    You will have to add meat to it.

    they don't do meat in N.M.

    but the receipts are good.
