Yeah I lived in and out of Okie La Homa for 5 years.

had to hit the basement of the office several times,
sun would be out, then it was black as night in 4 minutes
wind would howell you couldn't see anything much less the Tornado

Then in 30 minutes sun is back out and the roof of the business next
    door was gone....

Remember getting on a plane and a guy telling me they were evacuated from the 30th floor of an office tower and while they were in the stairwells the building was swaying as a Funnel went through down town Tulsa.

We don't get much as far as tornado activity in our town but we watch the clouds how they form and turn. The power and capability that a tornado has is very interesting.

    That was good :roflmao:

Here in the Pacific Northwest we don't get Tornado's or Hurricanes just rain in the winter but beautiful lush green scenery year round and some of the best summers anywhere. Beautiful beaches and rugged coastal scenery. All types of snow skiing, boarding, crosscountry skiing, the best snowmobiling anywhere in the mountains during the winter.
A business acquaintance of mine told me this morning that he was down in Dallas, TX the last few weeks and was so glad to be back in Oregon. Said everything is brown there and was still 80 degrees. Well the 80 would be nice but not all the brown.
