We have a lot of very steep hills around here. Went out today and meant up with a couple guys for lunch and cars all over the place. Took the Dodge and was in 4-wheel drive the whole time. Truck does very well in the snow.
Stupid people think they can get up these hills in two wheel drive with no chains, funny to watch. Accidents and stuck drivers all over the place. Should have had the camera out.
Were getting another 3-5 inches today and none melted from yesterday. Three years ago we got three feet at our house had no power for almost a week so we've had our share

Oh getting down the drive way was the easy part, getting up had to put it in four wheel low. :)

Think about 4wd in snow and ice is you're generally the first one to the wreck..

hmmm flhtsan take pebble from hand
    have great knowledge of 4x4...

Funny story it was cold as heck back in KY when I lived there
was having a tough time getting around in my Supra, and getting up this
big hill took some technique with the clutch and 5 speed, some yah-hoo
in his big 4x4 comes around me in the other lane (residential streets) proving
how bad ass he was, thing is about hills, theres and up side and a down side
this one had a 4 way stop at the bottom of the down side LOL

dumbass went over the top and realized 4x4 go doesn't mean 4x4
    slows.

he hit a couple of cars on the way down and was
sitting there with his wrecked truck as I went by at 15 mph LOL

I would wait for the second generation. One hand control so you can drink a beer.

Been dodging the snow for couple weeks now, supposed to catch up with Western NC Mountains Wed thru Thursday. Calling for min of 6" and many areas 10 to 12". Hope they are wrong, but the weather map don't look good. Moisture from the gulf headed up and cold from Canada coming down... recipe for trouble...
