Ain't sleepin on no hard ground no more. Nor will the OL.
Don't think I can git the time off to go.
when I take off the boss can't work cause there's nobody to help him.
We didn't go anywhere this year for our anniversary. I been too busy helpin my buddy who's wife pass away do boat mechanic work and I got a new bike to pay for.
We camped out for years. We did it when nobody else did. No matter how cold or sun or cold.
Hopin to try and make it to Arizona in like Oct. Work will be slow then and it will be cooler.
Been trying for 3 yrs to do the Grand CAnyon.

we got motel 6 right down the street, It's only about 1,200 miles from your house to here so that's only 2 days ride at 650 miles per day, an easy ride. we did here to San Dagio in 2 days,

Man ya got any idea what season it is. Its boating season. Were so dang busy its unreal. We got everybod crying I need my boat fixed, I got my grandkids leaving in a couple days.
Or my son and daughter is comin in town and I need my boat fixed.
Take yer boats to the dealerships where they are less than 10 yrs old, they will say weeks wait.
if you try to push it they will say Dilligaf.
We are the only ones that goes to the customer and works on boats.
Lots of folks have boats in Boat houses and no boat trailer.
And if you got a boat over 10 yrs old the boat dealerships don't want to work on them. They refer you to Us.
A couple of my good buddies who has boats over 10 yrs old and have called us are crying, man when you gonna git to us.
We got the van full of parts from where we have gone and looked at what is wrong with the boat and need time to go back aind install the parts.
I need all this work to make boat pymts.
This fall after Oct, work will die and I will go threw the winter with no work and No money.
So all I can say is I'm sorry I can't make it, haven't even had time to celebrate my 26th anniversary with the OL cause I'm workin so much.:cussing:

Man with the ways things are going, no telling what is going on by next year.
But I plan to work 1 more year which is next year to pay my bike off
Takes some time to drive to colorado and back.
Hard for me to git over 4 days off.:gah:
And if its the busy season, it can't happen.
