    Let me ask a question: does the deflated balls get used by both quarter backs? Or does Brady get his own ball and the other QB get his own balls to use?

    To my understanding each team provides their own footballs however they are required to be inspected by the refs before the game starts. The refs provide the footballs for kicking. This is what I have heard and read.

    I doubt if Brady ordered the balls under inflated. The whole thing got out of hand and is stupid.

    Well that being the case in my opinion a rule was broken, Brady may have had an advantage over the other QB since only his balls were under inflated. BUT, they didn't prove Brady did it or ordered it AND the officials did not properly inspect his balls (the FOOTBALLS HRK!) so they apparently approved the under inflated balls. Net net, Brady should be off the hook. BUT, if indeed the -2 lb is proven to make a positive difference in the handling, passing and catching the ball then my opinion is the Pats should be stripped of the win. Bottom line they broke a rule and it gave an edge to the team. However if both QBs got to use the under inflated balls then screw it.

    That was the beef...there were no rules, penaltys or regs regarding the balls. Hence the judges position against the NFL. And there was no evidence or proof against Brady.
