Looks like a good place to ride. Haven't been to NM in decades - though I was hoping to do that BTish run on the Eldorado Trail awhile back.

My OL mom is like 86 yrs old. She lives on Betts Drive. I ain't been out there in like 15 yrs. Got a dog to take care of. And the family runs off and leaves me there by myself. I don't know how to git around there either without the OL.

She was saying when you git the peppers and you have them roasted, you need to freeze them. Then the cost comes in from having them shippped next day air.
Said the peppers will go bad if you roast them and let them sit for a couple days.
And for her to roast them here it was a lot of work and I don't never help her.

Guess the extra cost comes from the shippin if you have em roasted there.
There's a farmers market in Tomball, Tx. that I seen on TV that sells the same peppers and roast them there .
    Did you see that...:cussing:

What I was sayin. I like roastin it on the propane grill.
Folks don't realize how much work goes into Chili till they've done it.
And I tend to be lazy. I will stand there and drink a Redneck Budweiser while you do the work. My older age is tending to make me not volunteer to do anything. I got to where I wait on the OL to take the garbage out.
She does a better job at it than me anyway..
