Just got back from"mechanic" It's gotta come all appart again.Thinks the shifter fork may be bent. Also just ordered a S.E.compensator from Zonottis' to go in while it's appart.:banghead:

Yup,He's gotta be close, with all the time and tying up 1 of his 2 lifts for so long. It's his call. Everyone screws something up sooner or later and he is trying to make it right. So here we are. Riding it, not using 6th.Let me try destination harley for shift fork.

HI yall, Finally I'm back on the road. Picked her up last night. All seems to be working great. Final culprit was the dog ring for 6th gear all rounded off and also replaced 5th-6th shift fork. ALSO had S.E. compensator installed while appart(got it from Zonnotti,Greta price}. It really provides a "quallity feel to shifts and no more whack when starter engages.:D

Taking her out on my first Patriot Gaurd Riders mission today. 'Suggest all to join PRG, a great concept, club to be associated with. They take ALL who would like to honor American heros. Costs nothing.

Finally working great. S.E.compensator elliminates that whack when starter:) engages. Also fixes that kick back noise when starting hot
