Yup, did the 50 and at the time, did not do anything else. Still had the issue! I reinstalled the N65C which helped. One thing I noticed is that it runs much better in the morning than in the afternoon! I beleive that the heavier air does something to improve the stumble.
BTW, the Screamin Eagle cam plate kit (25284-08) is the way to go with the tensioner issue. It comes with a higher volumn oil pump and hydraulic tensioners.
    Thanks for your help.

Lucifer, thanks for the tuning tips. I'll let you all know how the new carb works out.

    Hey Gunnernate,
I know you have a new carb on the way, and that you have probably checked already, but how is your float level set? I know that normally a low float setting will show up on top end, but if memory serves, I think the main jet hangs lower in the fuel bowl than the primary port. If the fuel level is hanging around at about the level of the opening for the primary jet, the low side could starve for fuel on occasion while leaving the main jet with an adequate fuel supply. The accelerator pump could help to mask such an event since it will always keep some fuel in it. Just throwing stuff out there…
    Have a good one…

    Copter MD,
You know, with all I have checked, changed, adjusted or replaced, I never verified float adjustment! Something to check! Thanks

Cool !!! Hope you find something there! And something I forgot to mention regarding the float level; Make sure you verify that BOTH floats are at the same level. That has caught me once and gave me some trouble. It wasn’t till I pulled the float assembly out and set it on the bench and noticed that one float was touching flat and the other was still up a little. I had accidentally bent one float arm and never noticed! :banghead:
    GOOD LUCK!

Update: Replaced the carb this past weekend and she is back to normal. Carb has a SE-Dyna Jet kit installed. Running a 48 slow and 190 main jets. I've always heard that with a Dyna Jet upgrade, mileage suffers! I'll let you know if true after a couple of tank fulls!
    Thanks everyone for your input.
