Guys here are allready talking 'Sturgis'. But doing 2100 mi. in 3 days. Trying to find someone to leave a day or 2 early and then meet them there. Wanna go so bad but I know 700 a day won't work with this damn back of mine. Just when you finally have the time to do these things, the body let's you down,Damn it.

Charlie 700 mile days are a killer on a bike when doing them back to back. I don't even like doing 500 mile days back to back anymore. It's like 1300 miles from my place to Sturgis and we are talking doing it in 4 days. Gotta take care of yourself anymore. Would love to see you there but not at the expense of killing yourself. To me part of the fun is the destination getting there but not killing yourself to do it.

I confess; I like Starbucks straight Coffee, not the other stuff I joked about. They only use coffee beans in their coffee. I did a job on a General Foods (maxwell house) plant in NJ years ago. I was given the tour. Watched them unload the barges of loose coffee beans onto the concrete pier, bulldoze them into a concrete pit (we had to waterproof the pit since some of the Hudson River leaked into it) cook and grind the coffee beans then blend them with other "proprietary" ingredients and can the "secret" blend. You can have that shirt I want only coffee beans in my hot water.

I buy the red plastic tube unscrew the lid, pull the seal off and scoop out the ground coffee. Put it in the MR Coffee maker, put the water in and push the start button. :D YEA, fresh brewed coffee. :roflmao:
