As you well know I know my way around efi . Very well and that's why I can't let the air fuel go the way it is . Its not bad by any means I just happen to know I'm wasting fuel and the bike will run better with the cylinders hotter . I happens to run too cool and that's not good . Unburnt fuel in the crankcase is sludge wainting to happen . As hrk knows there is many post that we have comented on and helped out with on efi . And all I do is work with efi .lol the problem here is that I would have to paint and purchase tank harness pump injectors t body and so on . I love the delphi system it works awesome and the beauty of adjusting ve for both cylinders. Is the only proper way to tune a v twin . Can't do that with a carb ! And ps you would hope you could find a tech with ocd like me that wants everything perfect. Lol

Gotta disagree wit dat,dude....your Opinion is worth a hell of a lot to me and most on this forum...

Makes perfect sense, great explanation,Thanks....I like carbs too, just don't know very much about EFI and not comfortable messing with it...if it wasn't for Fuel Moto sending maps, I'd be up the creek or riding bone stock...my only option then would be one of the fuelers that treat the EFI like a carb and I could fatten it up,just enough so it wouldn't burn up and run pretty good, but not optimal... I've only found 1 dyno in the province and haven't got a clue if the operator knows what he's doing or not and not going to ride 500 miles to find out he just does WOT tuning, which this bike has only a couple of times in 3 yrs has seen WOT...

OCD isn't a bad thing unless it cuts into your bottom line LOL

Yeah no reason to convert the carb bike to EFI,
I know a few who have gone the other way the old MM systems
really beg for a carb conversion, the newer Delphi
    have better tuning options.

Well lol I shoot ya pics cause you won't think its true but they are . I have a good client that runs an old folks assited living apartment complex and most folks don't last long in that place as soon as they move out the must change them out. No matter how long they stayed there . I get new white carpets every two months . Lol. They sure look nice for a little while and it beats having my floors dirty . When the carpets dirty roll it up throw it out floors nice and clean . bolts don't roll away . When ya drop them .and its much better on the knees when your working. On door panels and under dash work as well.
