I agree. Although I do not do a lot of 80 mph riding, I guess I am realizing the benefit of the 6th gear, BOOM, there is your power curve right there, drop it in a lower gear, bring the r's up, and thee is the power you need...

JB I put a bottom end TW21 in my cop king and I like to cruise in the 70-80MPH range...my tach is at 3100-3500 +- RPM at that speed and there is still decent acceleration left at that speed, I can pull out and pass at 60-65 MPH without downshifting and it pulls pretty good, revs are around 2500-3000+- RPM.
I have a mid to upper cam in the Softail and I'm not really on the cam until 75-80MPH and that one pulls hard to there in 4th then takes off when I snap it into 5th.
With a bagger you'd really want a bottom end torque cam for highway cruising with good passing power especially if you don't cruise over 80MPH much.
An old guy(around Chucks age:D) told me about picking a cam...he said do your research, look them all over, check specs and once you have the cam you think you need go 1 lower....I did that with the cop king and thought the TW26 is the one I needed so I bought the 21 and am very pleased with how it turned out.

I like the SG, might be stripped down compared to the Ultra but still a good looking bike, very sporty, and I think its one of HDs best sellers JMO :D

Johnny, I like all the new colors, but I think you have to be a cop to have a white one. Also, H-D won't sell you a red one unless you can prove you're a fireman.

The why would they list it as an option if you have to go through all of that crap??? Then there are only two color choices??? Seems stupid to me...JMO

I'm not sure that is correct, Firefighters and Police has an insignia on it that makes it special.

IMO that would look good white bike with black instead of chrome...the white denim is nice...kinda looked like there was metal flake in it.
