    The standard color choices are available to anyone, but if you want the special order white or red paint, you have to be a cop or fireman. True.

    FLHTbiker, I didn't buy my StreetGlide because I was short (I'm 6' and 190 lbs), or short of funds (paid extra to NOT have all the chrome bling). I like simple understated elegance--not flashy. As for being a girlie bike: I guess that's true. They like riding on it behind me.

    By the way, I had a lot of shiny chrome parts taken off and plated in black chrome because that's the look I like. Girls like it too.

    Today I am heading a dealership as they have a bike in that awesome new blue that is new for 012. the time is getting closer so now it I have to see this color. Things are going to be a little easier since I just got a decent raise at work. :D

    Yeah it will be a little bit yet before I have it, but now I can look a little harder since I did get a raise. :D A guy from work wants to ride along so we are taking the bikes and going to do some riding. :D
