You need to update your software on the Power Vision

Have been data logging. It makes such tiny, tiny adjustments with the 12mm narrow band lambda sensors.
Don't done about 8or 9 data logs riding 10 miles to town and

    back.

And man can you feel the heat coming off the motor.

If you have too much heat then there's not enough fuel and/or incorrect timing

Send the data file to Jamie and ask him to look at it and suggest changes

why wouldn't you just send the file up to Jamie,
did you steal it off the back of a mexican taco truck
and can't talk to the vendor or maybe ya got a ticket
    and didn't register the thing?

Dyno is the right way, but I'd give Fuel Moto a shout first.

Called 2 times to Fuelmoto , got 2 different maps.
They suggested I run the data loging or take it to a dyno center.
Closest dyno center on Power Visions site is a 4 hour drive.

I have already ran 12 data logs.

Tell you want your money back and you're sending it back because you have a THundermax on it now and it runs perfect.

Well you said you wanted to learn a new tuner, be careful what you wish for....
How much to ship the bike and tuner to dyno shop? $200-$300maybe, then labour at shop, and return fare, might be worth it in the end if PowerVision is as good as BP says. 'Course, you don't learn anything that way...

Well after I been doing Data logging which with the 12mm Lambda sensors it logs in very small pieces, and writing them to the ECM in another map file.
Talked to Fuelmoto and they had me to send the data log to them.

Fuelmoto went into the file and looked at where I was having the problem and sent it back to me.
Loaded it in the Power Vision and hooked it up to the bike and reflashed the Stock ECM.
Took it out for a short ride and it didn't bog down anymore and didn't pop any more.
Couldn't ride it very far. We got Black clouds and thunder busting the air open.
And a pretty big storm working its way toward us.
Got rain for everyday this week too.

But I feel better that I got that part of the map worked out.
The Power Vision is totally different to me than the Thunder-Max

And I noticed my fuel milage climbing from 29mpg up to 33 mpg in the short distance I rode, which was about 5 miles up the street and 5 miles back.

Glad you got it working CB so does this mean you now have two (one for a backup). 20 MPG sure is not very good must have been sooting up the exhaust bad. Hope it improves for you down the road.

Got to get my house leveled. Air conditioner on y Van fixed and a couple tires on it.
Then I may buy the auto Tune kit for the Power Vision.
Only thing is the Auto tune kit for the PV builds a data log.
And then you have to flash the computer.

The Thunder-Max does all that automatically. All you do it ride.

If I don't buy the auto tune. I'm gonna have to go back to data loggin and sending the date to fuelmoto to do changes again.
With all the rain we have its hard to do anything.
Got drowned this morning when I took it for a ride.
It went to missing again. But not as bad

They took the data log built from the riding I was doing from the Narrow band sensors.
And took what I said it was doing.
Think Jamie edited the map. And emailed it back to me.
Don't think they are gonna say what they did.
I would have to run data logs again. And resend it in.
And as you know the 12mm Lambda sensors are set to run at 14.8 which is EPA.
I've spent a lot of money to get the EPA headers, mufflers and cams and all off my bike.

You know its pretty sad when you do not even look forward to the new Harleys coming out.
Because what you want you know is water cooled.
Gonna leave the water cooled stuff to Y'all.
I do not have any plans on spending any money on it.
Looked at trading my bike in on a new 2014 Ultra Limited.
When the salesman came out and asked you ready to trade.
Was till I seen the water cooled exhaust valve.
Think I own my last new Harley. You can sell the junk to the younger crowd.
If I wanted a water cooled bike I would of bought one before now.

Bike is running fine. Not getting the fuel milage as the Thunder-Max program I got from Fuelmoto..
Still got the PV on now. Know the idle I set in the PV don't work till the temp hits 215*

Thunder-Max on the hiway running 75mph. Non stop gets 49mpg.
Power Vision running 75mph non stop is getting 38mpg.
TM pulls a little harder also.
