hey voodochild im a newbee here just thought I would add to what ironhorse said about your welding concerns.I agree with everything that ironhorse said. definatly put a good bevell on it,make sure you got your heat right on a scap piece.you say the material is a half inch thick so dont tyr to do it all with one bead.Run a good root bead then run your fill beads making sure there tied together completely. If not very expierienced best to run stringer beads dont try to weave more of a chance to get undercut. If you have the heat correct and tie your beads in completely with a good bevell there is no reason you cant grind it smooth. hope this helps good luck

I hear ya Voodo, I had to let my E&O insurance drop this year. $4000.00 payment was not in the cards right now. I got to have my General Liability that is required for the state. Just renewed my state license and another business insurance policy. Don't know where the bottom of all this is but sure as hell this OB guy is not moving in the right direction. Ya, change sure maybe for him. And to think this guy keeps trying to compare himself to Abe. Sure hope it does not get any worse or I might have to sell the Springer. :(

:banghead: I have givin him the opportunity as the new pres. to prove him self, thought that although I voted for the other guy, he still deserved a fair chance, I believe in giving a guy (whether or not I agree with him) a supported chance, K, now you can say I told you so,:banghead:
