Well we did not loose power last night :) and looking at the rush hour traffic on TV this morning I am soooo glad I don't have to fight it anymore.

My 9 gallon generac goes about 12 hours on 9 gal at 50% power.

I need to get a couple 5 gallon gas containedr here soon. We had a slight 14 hour no power deal the other week. I didn't invoke the generator as it was mild out, freezer wasn't full and it ended well. I did notice I had thrown out the old 2 gal containers with the intent of replacing them and had forgot.

Plugging it and unplugging it and storing some gasoline is a small price to pay when the power goes out. How else could a guy get on Bike-Talk uninterrupted! And keep the brewskies cold and ice fer the bourban!
