If a New bike is what you really want.
Keep spending money on other things and you will have even less money for a bike.
The best time to go bike shoppin is when the snow is on the ground.
When the dealers ain't moving no bikes they will make the best deals.

Only thing I don't like about Snowmobiles is they need SNOW !!!:cussing:
Guy's here run them on the drag strip in summer, they use a special track and the skis are like roller blades...right outta the box they run 10sec 1/4's....New Brunswick and Newfoundland is snowmobile paradise and build a winter tourist industry with groomed trails...but I still hate snow:angry:

Then why do you live in Canada if you hate snow????:gah: we do the same things here with drag racing them in the summer on grass. In Minnesota it is called Hay Days... A Lot of machines go there, Man we do a lot drag racing on the lakes in winter time as well. The sport of snowmobiling is just fun!!!PERIOD!:D

If you say so but I'll go along with what Lucifer said. Oh, and CB is right best deals are made when sales are really slow, like when the snow is on the ground.

That is good point. :) I just love motor sports. If that Road King is still available in the late winter real early spring, then I will consider buying that Road King. :)

Like your thoughts... not ready for a bagger either. Got couple friends tell me I will eventually grow up and get off a softail. But for me, most rides are not some of the long trips you guys do, so I really like the look of my smaller bike.

Agree with you joshbob, not sure how I ended up here, but can't help for picking up my lap top soon as I get home. Been giving my wife hard time for staying on facebook for a while, she laughs at me now and calls Bike Talk "Harley Book" :)

By the way, I really like your Heritage, its a great looking bike. To my eye like it better than you big bike. Two different things, I know, but just on looks ...

Well my Heritage Springer is a great looking bike it is by no means a long distant touring bike like my bagger is nor is it as comfortable to ride. Yey, I really love it for what it is. I do need to put some new shocks on it so I don't bottom out so easily when cornering. Got em adjusted all the way up and she still drags in the corners.

Well, I went to go look at some snowmobiles and there were some really nice machinery there but I just don't love them anymore like I do motorcycles. So I decided that I am going to save myself some money.... What happened? Did I just listen???:banghead::banghead:
