So I got my rear peg mounts from that place in Wisconsin. I opened them up and I put them up to my scooter to check fitment and clearance. :wtf: I find that the mounts are designed to have the bolt come in through the back.:banghead: the problem with this is that the threaded hole does not go all the way through my swing arm and is only accessible from the front. :witsend: So today I went to a place called Fastenal which is a place to where you can buy pretty much whatever it is that you need for bolts nuts etc. I ended up buying a set screw that threads into the mount and has an allen head on it so I can tighten it all the way down into the mount, then I will be able to fasten the mount through the outside of my swing arm.:D

Why does everything need to be so difficult all of the time????

yeah but I like them so they are staying. Now I am rethinking the exhaust wrap as I was able to manage not burning the crap out of my chaps yesterday. Not sure yet.

I think you should leave the pipes alone. I guess I'll be riding with my legs wrapped around him, help cut down on JB's frustraction with the peg mounts. :)
