Lots of pain today. Pulled muscles in my lower back yesterday while in a crawl space during a home inspection. Great just in time for the ride on Saturday. :banghead:

Go with 2 Aleve (that equals 1 Naperson, prescription) tonight. Excellent for me and many others on the back.

Alene always worked well for me but my heart doc said don't take aleve as the doc said aleve can cause a heart attack. So I take ibeprofane (sp). I got a hip belt on all day today and helps some. Still going though and all packed.

I feel asleep with the phone in my hand and forgot to post the pic.

I'm in Adel Iowa now and beat from the heat. Was a slow day to with lots of road construction. The other group is still not hear and it's midnight. We got in at 10pm. Iowa is a nice looking state with a lot of rolling hills. They sure do have a lot of corn fields, everywhere. So hot today all the farmers cattle In all the fields were all standing on ponds up to there chest. Temp gauge on the bike was pegged at 100.

There have been a lot of storm cells moving in and out real fast lately. Yesterday it rained for about an hour and we got 2" of rain:rant: But no worries, the humidity seems to have dropped a little since this last one. Told you that it gets hot here..:D

Were in Indianapolis tonight to much heat today with high humidity 12 hours in the saddle today. Getting up at 3am and hitting the road to ride in some cooler temps. Got a bit sick from the heat today. Drank lots of water poured some down my head and face. Heard the heat index was well over a hundred hear. 600 hundred mile ride to
