Road Glide vs. Bat Wings

    Thanks, guys. There's beauty in every road we ride, if we just take the time to look. Some stretches get tiresome though, like going through Nebraska or maybe Iowa, so I take every oportunity to through those states quickly.

    Eastern Wyoming is quite baren too, and you can rip through there without missing much. A few years ago on my way to Sturgis, I hit 160 mph going through Wyoming on my Honda VFR 1000. The road is very smooth at that speed, but hitting a bunny may get you airborn.

    In 1995 took my oldest daughter to Oklahoma to play AAU nationals (basketball). Left Western NC on I40, eventually went through Arkansas. Told wife, no wonder Clinton was Governor here, no dang body around... just got it by squatters rights!! :D
