Several years ago while Clinton was campaigning he was in New Joisey and making all kinds of claims of what he had accomplished during his first term. One claim was that he created x thousands of jobs. A fellow in the audience raised his hand and yelled out "Yeah, and I've got 3 of them!". Seems Obooma is truly following Bill's lead. There is a 25 year old in depot who works his butt off. He is authorized on the lifts and forklifts. They use him all over the store for that. From what I hear, he has never called in sick. He's been there 2 years now. Just got reviewed and was deemed stellar. Got himself a $0.20 an hour raise! That brings him up to $11.00 an hour!! Granted, he only has a HS diploma. But nite school is impossible with depots random hours every week. His parents are giving him until his 26th birthday then he has to move out. Another guy has just over 3 years in. He is 27. He makes 11.45 and hour. He has a MBA. Just Saying...
Rents for are at least $1500 for a studio IF YOU CAN FIND ONE.

That's why you need to live down south... less expensive and longer riding season! Winters are milder!

I'm with ya, and if I was a single man I would be living elsewhere. Me personally, I am survivning OK. I did my time and my wife still has a good career. But if you are young and trying to find the American dream, right now you can't work hard enough. I'm just pointing out what is happening in this country when the president gets his appointed people to say that the unemployment rate dropped below 8% and then the attitude of some people saying that people just aren't working hard enough.

hopefully that number will reflect real changes right before the election...go back up to 8.4%. ouch !!!
